Eligible Products

You can return the product if you meet the following conditions—

1. The product has not been used.

2. The labels, tags, packaging that came with the product are intact.

3. You must notify us of the return request within 3 days of receiving the product

4. Full refund or exchange is applicable only for defective, different or damaged products.

Products that are not returnable

Used or washed products.

Items purchased on offer or discount (Final Sale).

Customized/Handmade or Made-to-Order products.

Hygiene related products (such as skincare, organic body products, etc.).

Return process

2. Provide the order number, product picture and details of the problem.

3. You will be given a specific courier address upon approval.

4. After receiving the product, it will be verified and the refund/exchange process will be processed.

Refund Policy

Refund will be sent to bKash/Cash/Bank as per your choice.

Only the product price will be refunded. Delivery charges are not refundable (unless the product is proven to be defective).

Refund process is usually completed within 5-7 working days.

Exchange Policy

In case of exchange, the product can be changed to another product of the same price (subject to stock availability).

Delivery charges may apply during exchange.

Return Shipping

Courier charges for the return process are usually borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective.

We must obtain permission before returning.

Products sent back without permission will not be accepted.
